"High quality bag with padded straps for extra comfort. Padded pocket inside for laptops and large capacity for many items. Really impressed that it comes with a long guarantee if anything happens to the bag. One minor improvement would be an internal zipped pocket for keys etc. Love the dusty pink colour."

"I've had one of these backpacks for the past two years and it held everything. I was so disappointed when the magnet for the closure suddenly fell off. I was able to get a replacement with the lifetime warranty, but not the same wine color since it was a limited color when I purchased it two years ago. I'm still happy with my replacement."
