"I just purchased my bag and on my first trip to CDMX the wheel snapped off and the corner part of the shell cracked and broke away. It is a shame because I have used Hershel products for years, but I think they should stick to duffles and totes as their travel luggage is not reliable and not worth the price."

"We’ve always used a soft duffle type roller for ski gear when traveling. 2 sets of boots, helmets, and clothing. But this piece has four wheels meaning you don’t need to drag a heavy bag on 2 wheels which is what the other companies offer like North Face, Patagonia, and Deuter. Plus it protects helmets and goggles. And it has a better price point."
"I like the size and the shape. However, we just went on one trip to Europe and came back and the zipper and 1 lock is broken already. Granted, I think that the baggage handling in Geneva is nuts."

"Was very taken by the shadow pixel lime colourway, so much I missed that it lacked an expander zip or the ability for the Heritage hardshell range of cases to be nested for storage. When rolling the case, on all 4 wheels is nice and smooth, but when trying to pull along on two it wobbles - I grant you this was whilst empty so could be once loaded it would be more stable? When I enquired about returning the item, this would be at my cost 😕 For the price, even on black Friday deals, I can't overlook the lack of the above features."

"Looks great and holds lots. I would prefer it not open like a clam shell. Difficult to find space to open the suitcase up fully. Strong outer shell and handle good but could be longer to hold the tech bag. I could use a suitcase a little smaller but the carryon it limited by the internal housing. Good zipper and closure."
"I love that Herschel provides some bright colours for their luggage. I purchased one of the yellow medium hardshell cases a few years ago and have always been able to spot my suitcase quickly. This suitcase is larger and will be wonderful for larger trips or trips that require a variety of clothing options due to weather variations. It is so nice to have a suitcase that is unique and easy to spot as well as all the practical considerations that any suitcase purchase requires."
