Awesome bag
"I use it every day to hold my LVAD (Left ventricle assist device) a type of life support for people with heart failure. I am not the only person who feels this way I have seen 3 TikTok videos about this recently! All singing Herschels praises! Keep up the good work! Thank you for helping me get back out there! I also bought a backpack to carry my extra equipment when I travel."

"The size and material (LVAD-friendly) is exactly what i was looking for. I'm not giving it a perfect score because of the strap. It is too thin and starts cutting into the body after a while."

Not my favorite.
"It’s just not closing. The flappy bit over the zipper. Makes it look more very nice and expensive."

Almost perfect
"This bag is great! The only complaint is that they changed the strap to be much thinner than the previous version. The thin strap makes the bag feel cheap and flimsy. I prefer the old version because it seemed much stronger and more secure. Overall a great bag however the thin strap makes a big difference unfortunately."
