Too Big for 6 year old

"My daughter loves this backpack and the quality is very nice; however, it is way too big for her and causes her neck and back pain, leaving red marks on her shoulder. It was marketed for ages 3-7 years old but it’s too big for her despite her being average size so I can’t imagine a 3 year old being able to wear this. I unfortunately already threw away the tags because I thought it would for sure work based on the age recommendations, but now am unable to return it because of this. Very disappointed. 50 euros down the drain."
