"I'd review my purchase if I had received my purchase. I received confirmation of my purchase on June 26th. It is now July 11th. I have not received any information confirming the shipment of my purchase. I tried calling customer service last week, but no one answered. Very unfortunate. The purchase was a birthday gift for my nephew. His birthday has come and gone now. Incredibly disappointed as the website said it would be shipped quickly."
"As someone who despises backpacks this is a reliable option for my daily commutes to work. I am able to fit in my work needs and a spare set of clothes. Only problem I had was one of the faux leather zipper extensions broke within a month."
"I bought this as a gym bag but even for a travel bag it would be awkward to use. I didn’t realize that the handles were so heavy it is hard to find things in the bag because the handles fall across the opening and close it. It’s really difficult to use."
