Very good

"Large, fits 2 laptops plus book & lunch easily. Sturdy & well made. Multiple compartments are good. All pockets have zips which make it more secure. Semi-rigid so it stands on the floor by itself without flipping over. Laptop pocket has good protection. Should straps are large enough to actually go over your shoulder unlike many women's bags I find. The biggest downside is the internal lining is all black which makes it really dark & hard to see inside - there's no contrast between the internal pockets & I find it extremely hard to see my items. I would also prefer padded shoulder straps but these are still reasonably comfortable. I bought the grey colour. The bag is quite masculine or work-laptop-bag-looking. It would be nice if it looked slightly less obvious and had a softer appearance/colours - there's a pale pink colour which looked awful and is the token "woman's" colour."

"This bag has everything I was looking for - a separate laptop sleeve, a cup holder, straps that fold back and aren’t in the way, and lots of extra pockets. It’s perfect! I’ve even found that I can leave my purse at home and add my wallet and keys into the outside pocket for easy access. Well made and great design."

So good but not

"I loved the fact that this bag had the water bottle holder on the outside, away from the laptop compartment. You don’t realize how necessary this is until your water bottle leaks all over your laptop (and everything else inside). I also liked how the laptop had its own separate section on the outside so that you don’t have to open to the main compartment to get your laptop out. However, I had issues with the bag the inner pockets and one of the outer pockets. For the inner pockets - they’re all slip pockets and most are pretty shallow, meaning anything I put in there was at constant risk of falling out. At least ONE inner zip pocket would have been nice, and definitely they all needed to be deeper. For the outside pocket (not the one with all of the organizer pockets), it’s just one big pocket. So everything just gets lost in there. Add to that the fact that it has a large side zipper…. that’s just a spill waiting to happen when you’re trying to fish something out. They should have made it a top zipper with more compartments inside. Will be returning…"

Well designed, roomy and practical

"I bought this bag for a trip this summer, so I haven't used it yet, but I think it's going to be pretty much perfect. Sized at 15. 25 x 13 x 6 inches, it's just a little under the maximum size allowed for a personal item on Air Canada (17 x 13 x 6), so it makes the most of your allowance. It has pockets on both ends: one is a stretchy bottle pocket, the other a non-stretchy fabric that would hold an umbrella. It has three main compartments, all fastened with zips: the one at the back is lined with a soft velvety fabric to take a computer or tablet, and has a custom slot for an AirTag or similar small tracking device. The middle compartment is very roomy and has pockets along the sides to keep smaller items organized, as well as a sleeve for a second bottle. The third compartment, on the front, is smaller and has organizer pockets and a hook to secure a bunch of keys. There is also a zipper on the side of this front compartment for quick access items. The back of the bag features a rather ingenious luggage trolley sleeve - if you don't need to use it for that purpose, there is a zip along the bottom of it that turns it into another pocket. Altogether, this seems to be a well made and well thought out design, and I'm looking forward to using it later this year."
