"I have purchased many Herschel products in the past and all have been quite sturdy and withstood multiple years of use for my children. My son has yet to use this bag as school hasn’t started, but I don’t expect any less than what we’re used to. I wish this version had the name tag section inside the bag like the Heritage backpacks do, but it’s a small issue that wouldn’t deter me from purchasing again."

"I was purchasing this backpack for the start of my son’s school year. The order process was quick and easy. Like any other online purchase in the year 2025. However, the days turned into weeks, the weeks turned into a month. And the item was never actually shipped. So Herschel took my $$ but never shipped the item. Won’t be purchasing anything from Herschel again."
