Quality as always, design help!

"The bag features a really cute Lego flower design and is slightly larger than I actually needed. When I was looking at it, I was sure it had the chest clip on the straps to help kids keep it on and carry their load more comfortably. Unfortunately, it doesn’t — which is very disappointing. All backpacks should have these straps, especially at this price point. I’m still debating whether to return it."
