Unsure if durability and colour
"We we own many Herschel backpacks and products in our family and are typically very happy with them. I like the style and look and size of the bag. This backpack, unfortunately, is not as expected. After two weeks of regular use but not overuse, primary used in replacement of my purse, the fabric has become quite dirty, and when washed, it doesn’t appear to clean well. The colour I got was great to start, but I wish I had opted for a darker colour or a different backpack that is more durable and cleans better. Additionally, the straps when adjusted tend to slide back to the long setting while wearing it so having it adjusted to the appropriate length for my body requires regular adjustments. The fabric also doesn’t seem to be as durable and is already showing signs of wear along the seems. Just little threads and wear that I haven’t experienced on other Herschel products with such little use. Really wish I could return it and opt for something that I can use daily without it looking worn so soon. The last bag I had, that I used daily lasted for years."
