"After four months, the water-resistant coating on the outside started to peel off. Could you please let me know if this issue is covered by your warranty? I have already left Canada and am now in Taiwan. Is there a store in Taiwan that can help me inspect the bag and assess the issue? If so, could you please let me know which store I should contact?"
"I bought the black one and after a day of use, the bag has full of scratches. I tried to clean it, they won't come off. Very poor quality. I contacted support, they said this is not covered by warranty and it is general wear. Lol. Other crossbody bags from other brands are not like this. I should cover it with a plastic bag then so it won't get scratched when I use it. Ridiculous."

"This is the perfect size crossbody. Big enough for all the essentials (plus my kindle) and has a long enough strap to fit my height. Love the softness of the bag and the colour is gorgeous. Very lightweight for such a study bag."
