Herschel Supply gift cards are electronic and are issued by email. Simply type in the gift card code when you check-out online or in-store to have the value of the gift card applied to your purchase.

Warranty

All Herschel Supply products are protected under one of two warranties.

Limited Lifetime Warranty.

We stand behind the quality of our bags, accessories, drinkware and our luggage with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that every Herschel Supply item is free of material and manufacturing defects. To avoid any confusion, “Accessories” is defined as any Herschel Supply accessory products, including wallets, iPhone cases, laptop and tablet sleeves, technology storage cases, toiletry bags, and bag charms. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws.

Limited 1-Year Warranty.

Our Limited 1-Year Warranty is listed in Section 05 and covers our apparel products. To avoid any confusion, “Apparel” is defined as any Herschel Supply clothing products, including jackets, headwear, pants, hoodies, sweaters, fleece, and to a limited extent, socks. Please note that Herschel Supply socks that are taken out of original packaging are considered used, and are therefore final sales, non-returnable, and not covered by warranty. The Limited 1-Year Warranty is valid for 1 year, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws. In both cases, the applicable warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
