"This was a warranty claim, and the service throughout the entire process was incredible and truly fast. They were very clear about the photos and videos they needed to process the warranty claim, and they provided their decision very quickly. I highly recommend Herschel not only for the quality of their products, but especially for their customer service, which is even better."

"This two month old bag was used it twice before the top handle reinforcement came apart. Not checked or subject to baggage handling. Simply rolled to car, placed in trunk of car and rolled out of car. Twice. I've been told by Herschel that "normal wear and tear" is not covered under their lifetime warranty and that the handle doesn't effect it's functionality. Very disappointing manufacturing quality and customer service handling of their obvious quality control issue."

"For the price I paid for this luggage, I would think it would last more than one trip at the airport. The bag is ripped on the corner and the material is ripped where the buttons are on the handle. From my understanding, this isn’t warrantied because I flew with it. Not sure who out there isn’t flying with their luggage. ."

"Our new Herschel suitcases, carry on bags, back pack, tote and shaving kit arrived quickly and we’ve already put them into use. They are incredibly well made and the design offers as much space as a suitcase can provide along with convenient, ‘quick-grab’ sections. Definitely recommend this Canadian owned company."
