"Started off great with confirming that they had one of these bags went to pick it up. Great. Got it home today and there’s a hole in the pocket inside. For something that cost $100 that is not acceptable. Now if I want it replaced I have to go back which takes time out of my day, which I will not do. Probably will not buy Herschel again. Disappointing!"
"I’m very happy with this purchase. The bag is incredibly comfortable to carry and holds much more than I expected. I originally bought it as a summer beach and activity bag, but I can already tell I’ll be using it for so much more. My only minor criticism is that the bag is a little heavier when empty than I would have preferred. That said, the weight seems to come from the quality and durability of the materials, so it’s a trade-off I’m happy to make."

"I just received this tote (the smaller size of the two), and I already know it’s one I’ll be reaching for often. It easily fits two 3” binders, my laptop, and whatever else I need to grab and go. Like others have mentioned, the only thing that could make this tote even better would be an additional organizational or bottle pocket. The small zippered pocket does fit my phone and keys nicely, though!"
"Bought for carrying a clarinet case, music pads etc. Last bag (not Herschel) fell apart. This one is much sturdier and I don’t need a zip closure."

"Absolutely loved this bag it a perfect combination between my Bamfield Tote, Classic Tote, and Heritage Tote. The bag is definitely not for new tote bag users as it’s a bit bigger than expected. The handles are very wide/long enough to carry on your shoulders and ample amount of space between your armpit and bag. It is very spacious, however the only thing I would’ve loved to see would be more inner pocket/storage compartments as there is only one small zip pocket with a carabiner to attach a set of light keys too. The loops on the outside of the bag are convenient to attach your charms, keys etc to. Overall would highly recommend if you love bigger than average tote bags!!"
