Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our bags, hardshell luggage and accessories with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that every Herschel Supply item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws.
Returns
If you’d like to return a product purchased from our online store, please go to our Self-Service Returns page and login using your Herschel Supply account, or as a guest. You'll be given a RA# and emailed instructions on how to complete your return.
Herschel Supply products that are purchased online excluding promotional or sale items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and accompanied by the original hangtags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Herschel Supply.
Items purchased between November 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023 are eligible for a full return with the original receipt until January 31st, 2024. The return value will be put on to the original form of payment or a store credit for the original purchase value.
*All sale items outside of this time period are final sale. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses upon the return of Herschel Supply product(s).
100 Day Trial Policy
We built our Herschel Heritage™ Hardshell Luggage for a lifetime of travel, backed by our signature Lifetime Warranty. Our 100 Day Trial policy gives you time to make sure it’s perfect for all the trips you’re taking. Not quite right for you? No problem — just file a return within 100 days of receiving your luggage. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of Herschel Supply product. Please note that we cannot accept returns on luggage in an unsellable condition. Our 100 Day Trial policy is void if your luggage has been used in transit.
