Very Disappointing Return Experience
"Very disappointing return experience. I contacted customer service several days ago about a return, and although I was told that they would provide the return procedure, I still haven’t received any clear instructions or follow-up. The item was never even opened and remains in its original packaging. I simply want to return it and get my refund, but the process has been unnecessarily difficult and communication has been very poor. I hope they can improve their customer service and handle returns more efficiently."

Great Quality!
"I’ve been purchasing Herschel bags for years, because I like buying quality products that I know will last. We have a matching set we use for travelling and outdoor adventures that I purchased 5-6 years ago, and they’re just starting to show a bit of wear at the corners where they rub on the ground. I’m confident this backpack will hold up just as well. I purchased this same backpack in Camo for my husband last year, and decided it was time to buy myself one. I love the leopard print, and the zebra print inner liner!"

Great Backpack. . . . free water bottle not so much (but doesn't matter)
"My 9-year-old daughter loves this backpack. It’s simple, stylish, and feels super high quality. The backpack itself is definitely 5 stars. The free water bottle, however… don’t even bother. 😂 It can’t go in the dishwasher, which I clearly missed. Since it was free, I threw it in without thinking much about it - and it shrunk to about 50% of its original size! I was genuinely questioning my sanity, wondering whether we’d been given a 375 mL water bottle instead of a 750 mL one. Nope. Same bottle. Just now hilariously tiny. The water bottle was a nice gesture, but not particularly practical for a busy, dishwasher-loving family. The backpack, though, is fantastic!"

Excellent bag kinder to grade 12
"As a second grade teacher, I see how hard kids are on backpacks and how often they break, tear, disintegrate. . My daughters both got Herschel bags for kindergarten. My third graders is still in awesome shape. Maybe some wear and tear around the bottom as kids have been known to be tough on backpacks but the straps, zippers and pockets have held up so well. We bought my youngest this black floral patterned one this week for her first day of kindergarten. Cute print but not so cute she’ll hate it by grade 2. After looking it over I am expecting the same excellent quality."
