Gorgeous but wears out

Bag doesn't last - customer service terrible

"This bag was super cute when I bought it BUT lasted 2 days before bubbling on the top near the zipper. I had not even used it in the rain yet. It became worse by the day and after 1 month it was embarrassing to use. See the pics below. The back started ripping in places and the top got fully separated from the canvas interior. What makes this experience even worse is the company forced me to cut the straps on both sides to render it unusable simply to receive store credit. This was after many weeks of back and forth. I had to send them a video of the ruined bag and me cutting off the straps. This is the least eco-friendly way of treating items and just bad customer service. It could have at least been donated. Do not recommend."

Never arrived, useless customer support.

"Reached out to customer support several times and they did nothing to help locate or resolve delivery issues. It's down to the supplier to ensure the product arrives to the customer. Unfortunately, customer support took no responsibility and put it on myself to attempt to figure out how to track a package their company sent. As someone who has worked directly with a Customer Support team, I can fairly say this is bad practice and very unprofessional. Herschel felt no need to resolve this issue for a paying customer, wasting both my personal time and money. A very disappointing experince."
