"I’ve been purchasing Herschel bags for years, because I like buying quality products that I know will last. We have a matching set we use for travelling and outdoor adventures that I purchased 5-6 years ago, and they’re just starting to show a bit of wear at the corners where they rub on the ground. I’m confident this backpack will hold up just as well. I purchased this same backpack in Camo for my husband last year, and decided it was time to buy myself one. I love the leopard print, and the zebra print inner liner!"

Excellent bag kinder to grade 12
"As a second grade teacher, I see how hard kids are on backpacks and how often they break, tear, disintegrate. . My daughters both got Herschel bags for kindergarten. My third graders is still in awesome shape. Maybe some wear and tear around the bottom as kids have been known to be tough on backpacks but the straps, zippers and pockets have held up so well. We bought my youngest this black floral patterned one this week for her first day of kindergarten. Cute print but not so cute she’ll hate it by grade 2. After looking it over I am expecting the same excellent quality."

"I'll start with the fast shipping which was flawless!! Thank you. The colour and size of the above bag is great. I do need to mention that I notice the decline of quality in your backpacks; although it is as described on your site, I would not have expected such a drop in a Herschel quality bag. I am keeping the backpack because I need it -- but the drop in design and quality has not gone unnoticed and I am disappointed. I went with your product because I have become accustomed (over 15 years now) to the padding for the laptop and extra zippered pockets inside. To an elevated interior design. It's obvious those days are gone and that's sad. I valued your name and trusted that - regardless that it is as described online - it would arrive and reflect the backpacks I have always loved and have kept me coming back."
