- • Returned items must be unused and unwashed with the original tags attached.

- • Not quite right for you? No problem — Our 100 Day Trial policy gives you time to make sure it’s perfect for all the trips you’re taking.
- • Returned items must be unused with the original tags attached.
- • Our 100 Day Trial policy is void if your luggage has been used in transit.
- • *This policy only applies to our range of Herschel Heritage™ Hardshell Luggage.
Return Fees
- • We only provide free return shipping for exchanges and store credit refunds.
- • If you’re returning an item for a refund, a $5 return fee will be deducted from the cost of your refunded total.
- • To help get you started on your return, we include a return shipping label with every order.
- • All items must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
- • Once returned, the condition of the product is left to the discretion of Herschel Supply.
