"The wheels only move in a single direction, which means you have to tilt the luggage to be able to carry it properly. For such a high price, I expected something much easier and more comfortable to handle. Additionally, the metal bar with “Herschel” printed on it gets scratched during the very first use when dragging the luggage. This makes the branding placement impractical, what’s the point of putting the logo in a spot that is so easily damaged?"

"A good looking solid bag, large zippers and weather proof fabric. The handle though feels a bit cheap, sturdy maybe but cheap plastic. Draws down the overall rating. A bag in this price range should feel luxurious, rather than they saved money on the one thing you tuch all the time, the handle."
